As a Senior Purchasing Officer, you will:
- Manage purchase orders and compare cost effective options to plant department and project sites
- Monitor daily purchases, report and analyze monthly
- Evaluate suppliers performance and identify important/critical alternatives
- Implement new tools/ system to enhance purchasing process
Requirements:
- Degree in Purchasing or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferable with construction site purchasing
- Able to work remotely on Saturdays when needed
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint and reporting
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Knowledge of tools and hardware
- Great communication and coordination skills
