Role Description:

 

The purpose of this position is to create value for the business by:

  • Create content & coordinate A W Edwards & Rintoul marketing campaigns to lead development of the brands growth
  • Maintain Rintoul’s LinkedIn page and website and produce high-quality marketing collateral
  • Analyse performance data to drive Rintoul brand growth
  • Serve as A W Edwards’s point person for knowledge management
  • Capture and organise past and current project databases, library of CVs, photo libraries, and all information relevant for content creation for marketing purposes
  • Capture lessons learned across projects and share them across the business  
     

Essential Skills

 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including strong communication skills both written and spoken.
  • 3 + years’ experience in knowledge management or marketing
  • Proven ability to design marketing collaterals
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Adobe Creative, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite products including intermediate to advanced skill level of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint and LinkedIn
  • Skill in internal and external stakeholder management
  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Marketing or Communications, Business Administration, Information Management or Library Science

 

Marketing

 

  • Plan, implement, and monitor online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Develop marketing collaterals that meet the branding requirements and in line with marketing plan. This may include copywriting, designing or video editing.
  • Develop and edit content for Rintoul’s LinkedIn page and website.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness & boosting requirements for social media platforms and adapt our marketing campaigns accordingly.

 

Knowledge Management

 

  • Capture, organise and disseminate related information to support New Business Team with EOIs and Tenders
  • Capture, organise and disseminate lessons learned across construction teams

 

Events Management

 

  • Manage the logistics, scheduling and execution of Rintoul company events, such as project commencements or completion and factory visits.
  • Attend industry Fitout and/or Joinery networking events to increase Rintoul’s visibility.

 

Business Development

 

  • Contribute to business development strategy by conducting Rintoul competitor analysis and analyse market trends

 

Relationship Building

 

  • Contribute to A W Edwards’ company culture through a collaborative, proactive approach.
  • Work closely with AWE & Rintoul New Business Team and project teams to strengthen internal communication and collaboration across the business.
