The Role

• Permanent Senior Estimator with min 7-9 years’ experience and a proven track record of proficiently tendering new-build commercial projects in excess of $300m in NSW.
• Based in our St Leonards Head office, working within a highly experienced and supportive team of 8 reporting to our Estimating Manager and Exec Director.
• Team player with outstanding negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently when required.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy and the proven ability to manage your time effectively.
• This is an organisation with clearly structured systems, a 100% commitment to the best outcomes for us, our sub-contractors and our clients, as well as having a clear focus on developing your career within a highly secure, successful and fair global organisation.

We are seeking

• Senior Estimator with a proven tenure of working within a top Tier 2 or Tier 1 organisation looking to consolidate and solidify their experience in an excellent working environment
• Someone who has tertiary qualifications in a related construction field, Quantity Surveying or similar background
• Complex commercial building project experience - $2-300M +
• Someone keen to gain or add experience within the high-tech nature of the Data Centre or Healthcare sectors and most other areas within large-scale commercial construction
• A proven ability to effectively tender projects similar to our current workload
