About the Role:
- Assess and prepare response to contract correspondence received from the Project Manager
- Support negotiation of claims and manage contractual changes
- Valuation of variation / assessment of compensation events
- Subcontractor administration from Sub-letting to final account agreement
- Familiar with contracts and contract documentation (preferably NEC)
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent
- Professional member of RICS/HKIS or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience. Proven experience as a contract administrator /senior quantity surveyor with main contractor
- Keen attention to detail, with ability to spot errors, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work with vary seniority levels
- Excellent writing skills in English
