Engineer (ELV/BMS) – Kwu Tung Station
About the Role:
- Manage ELV/BMS/security system installation projects with minimal supervision.
- Assist with site supervision and project management of BMS/Controls/IoT/ELV systems and other building services-related systems, including troubleshooting.
- Handle document submissions, drawings, equipment submissions, and project coordination with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties on technical designs and schematics for BMS system installations.
- Coordinate on-site activities, monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and oversee testing and commissioning, including follow-ups on defect rectification to meet project timelines.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Higher Diploma or above in a relevant Engineering discipline (Electrical, Electronic, Electrical/Mechanical, or Computer Science).
- Holder of Personal Security Permit (Grade D) preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of BMS/ELV systems project management experience, preferably within E&M contracting or the building technologies industry.
- Experience with data centre projects and handling equipment functional tests (UPS, PDU, STS, LVSB, HVSB, Genset, etc.) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing and MS office operations.
- A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude to navigate challenges effectively.
- A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
